Standard Post = 3-10 Business Days

$10 EXPRESS SHIPPING 
Express Post = 2-5 Business Days

We work hard to get you your order as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but amazing. However. We do not guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number please check your junk email or get in touch.

PLEASE ALLOW FOR POTENTIAL DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

 

Refunds + Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you are welcome to return your item within 7 Days. Excluding flower arrangements.

Due to the delicate nature of flowers, Eniihaus is unable to accept returns after an order has been delivered.

All flower arrangement orders are final and non-refundable. 

Full Priced Items may be returned within 7 days for an online credit OR refund.
Sale Items, however, are final and may only be returned for an online credit.
