Returns + Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you are welcome to return your item within 7 Days. Excluding flowers.

Due to the delicate nature of flowers, Eniihaus is unable to accept returns after an order has been delivered.

All flower orders once they have been processed are final and non-refundable. 

Full Priced Items may be returned within 7 days for an online credit OR refund.

Sale Items are final and may only be returned for an online credit.
